ST Wentai (*ST闻泰) and its subsidiary Yucheng Holdings have filed an infringement lawsuit in Guangdong Dongguan Intermediate People’s Court against individuals Ruben Everard H. Lichtenberg, Achim Albert Kempe, Stefan Tilger and entities including Nexperia Holdings, Nexperia Ltd., and Nexperia Technologies.
